These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all purchases made on loftmasculino.com (the "Store"), operated by Loft Masculino ("we", "us"). Our company details are available in our Legal Notice. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products

We describe our pieces as accurately as possible. Because many pieces are handcrafted and natural gemstones are unique, small variations in color, size and inclusions are normal and are not defects. Images are for illustration.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency of your market and do not include import duties, taxes or customs fees, which are the customer's responsibility (see our Shipping Policy). Payment is due in full when you place your order. We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect orders already placed.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or unavailability, in which case we will refund you in full.

4. Production and delivery

Production times are shown on each product page. Shipping is free, insured and tracked. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery. You act as the importer of your order and are responsible for any charges required by your country.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel free of charge before your piece enters production or ships by emailing us. After that, our Returns & Exchanges policy applies. Personalized pieces cannot be cancelled once production has started.

6. Returns, withdrawal and warranty

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges policy, including the statutory right of withdrawal for EU and UK consumers. Our Limited Lifetime Warranty is in addition to your statutory rights.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Store, including designs, photos, texts and logos, belongs to Loft Masculino or its licensors and may not be used without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Events beyond our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as carrier or customs delays, natural disasters or strikes.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. Before starting any claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the matter directly.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
