Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Loft Masculino piece. If it is not right for you, you can return or exchange it under the conditions below.

1. Return window

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of the day your order is delivered. Please contact us before sending anything back; returns sent without authorization cannot be accepted.

2. Conditions

Pieces must be unworn, in their original condition and returned with all original packaging, the Certificate of Authenticity and, for diamond pieces, the IGI or GIA grading report.

3. Who pays for shipping

• Change of mind: you pay the return shipping.
• Exchanges: you pay the return shipping and the shipping of the new piece.
• Defective or incorrect item: we cover all shipping costs.

Please use an insured service with tracking. We will send you our return address and customs instructions with your return authorization; returns must be declared as returned goods so they are not taxed again on arrival.

4. Restocking fee

For voluntary returns, a restocking fee of 15% of the item price is deducted from your refund. The fee never applies to defective or incorrect items, or to withdrawals under EU or UK law (see section 7).

5. Non-returnable items

• Engraved or personalized pieces (for example, initials or names) and pieces made to your individual specifications;
• Pieces resized or altered at your request;
• Natural wear or change of any plated finish.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund you to the original payment method within 14 days. Original import duties and taxes are charged by your local authorities and cannot be refunded by us; you may be able to reclaim them from your customs authority.

7. Right of withdrawal (EU and UK customers)

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. To exercise it, send us a clear statement by email before the period ends. We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your statement; we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have supplied proof of sending them back. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. This right does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

8. How to request

Email assessoria@loftmasculino.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, the piece and the reason for the return or exchange. We will reply with your return authorization and instructions.

Pieces with manufacturing defects are covered by our Warranty. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
